Black Friday's deals

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I saw with gluttony the Black Friday's ESET deals and I'm wondering If I can purchase a new license and wait for the expiration of the one I'm currently using to activate it .

Can you help me ?

Hello Leonardo. Yes that should not be an issue. I still have 2 or 3 licenses that I have purchased previously that I plan to use in the future. A valid license allows you to download the latest (same product) version.

Hello @TomFace

Thanks for your answer.:)

Are you absolutely sure because my last bill indicates that the license expires 1 year after the purchase (purchased 13 November 2017, expiration 13 November 2018).

I am referring to purchasing "boxed" license (i.e...from a retailer like Amazon). If you purchase a license from ESET or their authorized partners, odds are that license will be activated upon purchase and may supersede your existing license (check with your ESET local office or their authorized partners). You activate a purchased "boxed" new license when you want to or need it (at the end of your current license timeframe). I have done that for a number of years, buy a license (or three)on sale, save it till my current license almost expires and then activate the new one (maybe a day or two before my current license expires).

Sorry for any confusion. Here are some previous threads on this subject:
