Altering my license details upon renewal

i Just tried to renew my Antivirus as it expired 27 days ago, when i bought the license i had 3 pcs requiring protection, now however i only to to protect 1, but i cannot alter the details at all until 3 months have elapsed since expiration.ESET cannot be for real! can they? i have to go without protection for 3 months until i can renew for 1 pc? Nice work ESET. i just want antivirus now, but will have to wait until monday to phone them.
