Anti - Theft Locked My Computer - Can' t Log to Admin acc

Hello,

 

I mark my computer as recovered at anti theft site, but my computer didn' restart(i dont know it is gonna be restarted).

And after that i remove my computer from anti theft. But I can' t access my accounts, I can do nothing in the computer.

How do i resolve the problem?
