it does not boot up at 3 pc, I have to start it by hand since the last update.

I have already written the support and received no answer

Please create a Procmon boot log as per the instructions at https://support.eset.com/kb6308/. When done, compress it and upload it to a safe location (e.g. Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.) along with a zip archive generated by ELC and pm me the download links.
