Trying to find some Information on Built-in Policies for File Servers to use as a baseline

Does anyone have a pointer or reference to the difference between the default built-in policies? I want to use one as a baseline but there is no information on the difference fortypes of settings and best one for server types?

You don't necessarily need to use a policy. I'd recommend using default settings, set password to protect settings and enable detection of potentially unsafe and unwanted applications.

Is there any guidance on using one over the other or is it just a waste of someone's time to use or even implement??
