I know how to deny connections and how to enter to Advance Setup

But I can not find this rule "Twitter Metro" from Windows Store

I have enough with my mobile about twitter to have it also in my computer

Where is that rule?

I know, is an Screenshot from CCleaner, but If Cc shows twitter app it means the computer is having a connection with Twitter, Am I right?

Deny any activity from twitter, but I can not find the rule

You don't have to block twitter, you got the application installed. (else it won't show up in CCleaner)

So if you don't use twitter, just uninstall it.
