Hi @hardy123



As is mention in the KB, you have to add those IP to your firewall in the case of having problems with activation on ESET Endpoint products.



  • Your third-party firewall is interfering with the performance of your ESET product(s)
  • You use a third-party firewall or your computer is on a network behind a firewall
