High Memory/CPU usage slows down my computer

The usage of Memeroy and Disk are very high for ESET Service. I have created a log file (.pml)using Process monitor, what should I do next?

Please also collect logs with ELC which will generate a zip archive. Compress the pml log and upload both archives to a safe location (e.g. OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.). When done, drop me a pm with download links.
