ESET RAA not connecting

Hello, some of our new installs of ESET Remote administrator agent install correctly but then cant connect back to our ESET RA.

attached are the logs from one of the agents affected.

Unfortunately it is not possible to diagnose this issue without access to ERA SERVER trace logs. Error from AGENT logs indicates that something is wrong on SERVER-side, which results in unexpected network connection close.  Please send me SERVER's trace.log via private message for further analysis.
