The problem of the old version's upgrade to the new version

Recommended Posts

Hello

The problem I encountered when I wanted to see Internet Security from version 10.1.219.0 64 bit to 11.0.144.0 64 bit, Update me

When updating setup> advanced setup> antivirus

The enable initial scan field did not exist

I deleted the old version and installed the new version to make it correct

I do not know what other problems are with the anti-virus update

please check it

There is no option to enable initial scan when prompted

This problem occurs when you want to update the old version to the new version without deleting the software

But you must clear the virus and install it twice to get it right

I do not know the other disadvantages of this update without removing the software, and I told this defect to fix its support.

How can these flaws be sent to support?

Still I don't understand what you exactly mean. There's a setting for controlling the initial scan but as far as I know it's present only in business products.

Do you know how to upgrade the software without deleting it?

Install a newer version over the former one.

I've solved my problem, I just want to solve it in general

This is a problem when I use the old version and click on the new installation to update

This is a bug, and I'll tell you that

Did you notice?
