You don't pay any extra fee for ERA as ESET Security products are licensed and require activation. As for ESET Shared Local Cache, it's not needed since most of caching / whitelisting is now done in our security products. In the past, the situation was different so it made sense to use Shared Local Cache on hypervisors.
