Recovering removed "malicious files" done by Facebook's ESET scanner.

I was asked to run a scan from ESET before I could continue using Facebook again. Apparently, a post linking to an Imgur album about sorting algorithms is considered as "SPAM" and I had to go through a malware scan. I downloaded and ran the ESET scanner and it allegedly found 2 "malicious files".

Now it broke 2 game installations that I had and I risk losing money from this. Any advice on how to recover those 2 files it removed? It doesn't even tell me what the two file were.

Hello,

I believe Facebook uses a customized version of ESET Online Scanner.  If that is the case, then https://support.eset.com/kb2915/ gives instructions on how to restore quarantined files.  If that does not work, you will need to contact https://www.facebook.com/security/ directly for assistance.

As for the games, I would suggest contacting the authors and asking them if they can send you copies of the removed files.
