Webcam protection for Business Endpoint Security?

Is there a way to disable webcam or prompt the use for webcam access similar to the home ESET product in the Business Endpoint Security?  Ideally a prompt YES/NO for if the user wants to turn on their webcam for Skype.

Currently Webcam protection is only included in consumer products.
