JS/Mindspark.E

I have done what it says on the screen  and I still cannot get rid of JS/Mindspark.E it keeps coming up all the time I am on my computer and disrupting what I am doing.  How can it be taken off?

Basically you'll need to disable syncing of Chrome extensions to prevent the PUA from being continually downloaded and detected. Having said that, we'll draw this topic to a close
