ESET Endpoint Security for Android details not updated on ERA 6.5

Dear Sir,

Problem: ESET Endpoint Security for Android details not updated on ERA Console and also unable to apply new policy on device.

Observation:

(1) Remove device from ERA Console and re-enroll device with e-mail and device added successfully in ERA, also last connection display correctly.
(2) Device is successfully updated and activated, but device details not update on ERA Console.
(3) Create New MDC and Mobile Endpoint policies but same issue.

 Find MDC Diagnostic logs on following location.
