j-gray 35 Posted October 3, 2017 Share Posted October 3, 2017 In the RA console I have a number of systems that are flagged with "Unresolved Threats". When I look at each system, there are a handful of PUPs that always show "Cleaned by deletion". To me, this status should resolved on its own --after all, the PUP has been removed and therefore resolved. However, the only way I know to clear this status is to 'Show Details' of the individual system, click 'Unresolved Threats Count', select all items that show 'Cleaned by deleting', then click 'Mark as Resolved'. Multiply that by however many machines show that status and this quickly becomes tedious. Is there a way to 1) resolve all 'cleaned by deleting' items en mass, and 2) have cleaned items auto-resolve?
