Meremo 0 Posted November 9, 2013 Share Posted November 9, 2013 (edited) Dear Eset, Sadly, I'm not able to whitelist an URL with Eset Cyber Security. I tried every method I could think of, like: *url* *.url.* *hxxp://url/* *url/* For sure, I clicked List Active. It is happening with every blocked site I tried. No chance to access it without disabling the web filter. URL blocking instead is working fine. In the windows version of Eset, NOD32 v7, I don't have this problem. Please fix this, it is an annoying problem. I don't want to give out the URLs I used, so please try it yourself. I'm using OS X Mavericks 10.9 and the latest Eset Cyber Security. Wengs issue was fixed by clicking the *activate list* feature. Its Saturday / Sunday , please wait till Monday Meremo, people dont work on the weekends, who does that ?!?!? I hate to say it but I understand your reaction after one week and no reply, FYI I have reported this thread to the mods to get their attention. I actually thought about directing you to Customer Care but since you posted here I hoped someone official would reply to you here.
