ESET Moderators Peter Randziak 893 Posted September 27, 2017 ESET Moderators Share Posted September 27, 2017 Hello Hungtt, you do not need to upgrade them to 64 bits, but for 32bit WindowsXP, Service pack 3 (SP3) is required. Regards, P.R.

ESET Staff MichalJ 430 Posted September 27, 2017 ESET Staff Share Posted September 27, 2017 @hungtt From where you have taken the information about required systems? We will have to correct it, to state that only XP SP3 (regardless the bit number) is supported to prevent further confusion.

ESET Staff MichalJ 430 Posted September 27, 2017 ESET Staff Share Posted September 27, 2017 (edited) Thanks, On XP 32-bit, SP3 is required, for XP-64 bit SP2 is the latest service pack (as the core of the OS is a bit different), so it should work, and should be supported. Sorry for the confusion, XP-64 bit is a very rare system, so I ended up confused by myself. The documentation is correct in this matter.
