IanH 0 Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 I already have eset products so I already have a my.eset.com account. I can login via Chrome on my laptop, however I have downloaded and installed the Parental Control app on my Samsung tablet and I am trying to set up the app. When given the choice to sign in or register, I choose sign in and provide my credentials. They are rejected event though they are correct. So, I try to create a new account with the same email address, and surprise, surprise, it's rejected because.... it's already registered!! Utterly frustrating. And no, I'm not willing to reset passwords cause I know that the password is working. Anyone got any advice?
ESET Moderators foneil 342 Posted September 26, 2017 ESET Moderators Posted September 26, 2017 That's strange, if you're just using your my.eset.com credentials to SIGN IN to the Parental Control app, and you've used those same credentials to login via Chrome on laptop, it should work. What does it say when the credentials are rejected? You are connected to internet at the time of signing in?
IanH 0 Posted September 27, 2017 Author Posted September 27, 2017 Hi foneil, Definitely connected to net. Just retried and failed and yet if i go to chrome and paste the same details into my.eset.com i login just fine. The error msg is attached.
