That is a really old link, we migrated to support.eset.com some time ago. Maybe the security alert is a result of the redirect. I can mention this to our web team to look at.

ESET Staff Nubian 16 Posted October 9, 2017 ESET Staff Posted October 9, 2017 Thank you davidenco and TomFace for your reports! 1) You can always create a new support ticket using the international support form: https://www.eset.com/int/support/contact/ After entering your country and license information, the newly created ticket will be properly redirected to a specific country/distributor. 2) Regarding the SSL cert error problem: - always use support.eset.com instead of kb.eset.com - the redirect logic of http://kb.eset.com/ANYTHING has been modified to go to https://support.eset.com/ANYTHING - you should be no longer be redirected through https://kb.eset.com

Same, I get this on google chrome aswell.
