TheSkymanDC 4 Posted September 22, 2017 Posted September 22, 2017 We have several computers that show in the Remote Administrator Console as having not connected in a long time. When you check the computers they show that they have indeed connected and everything is up to date. Additionally the ELA console show them as connected today. Any idea how I can reconcile the endpoints with RA console correctly? Thanks!
ESET Staff MartinK 384 Posted September 27, 2017 ESET Staff Posted September 27, 2017 (edited) When you were checking AGENT logs on client computers, were they current, i.e. was timestamp of last successful connection recent. It is possible that AGENT is not even running and thus information in logs may be outdated. In status.html, there should be even hostname of where AGENT is actually connecting. If this is not the case, could you please restart ERA Server service and check whether it helped? We had similar issue in older version - what version (ERA Server, ERA Agent) are you using?
