Hello ESET

ESET NOD32 11 Beta is out, but i not found english version. when will be available?? and what is new in version 11?

Other language versions (including English) will be released later this year. The biggest improvement is the UEFI scanner for detecting advanced threats in UEFI which has replaced BIOS in modern systems. Other improvements include better support for screen readers, improved Connected Home Monitor, license managing via my.eset.com, Windows 10 RS3 compatibility, product upgrade or downgrade without reinstall as well as many other improvements and fixes under the hood.

Oh, I didn´t know about beta versions of Eset. Is there any blog where this updates are released? Can we use the beta on a normal PC (not for testing)?

The UEFI scanner is acrually a quite big improvement. If I remember well, ESET is the first AV vendor to offer a UEFI scanner.

the document doesn´t say if this is for business or for home users.

What you are referring to is a stand-alone UEFI scanner. As already stated by Wolf Igmc4, it's not clear if it's offered also for home users . On the contrary, ESET's UEFI scanner is part of the AV and you don't pay any additional cost for it either.

It's Beta is not out yet I'd gather at the end of the year as a guess. Usually the beta will be out for a few months so they can make sure it is stable before it goes final

Cool. Any dates? And on some site this version is marked as final. Is this true? And what's with Eset Smart Security (not Premium)?

Hello,

It has been already released in Slovakia, Czechia and Germany. 

There will be only 3 products ESET NOD32 Antivirus, ESET Internet Security (with Anti-theft feature) and ESET Smart Security Premium

The dates may not be shared until the release happens, but should be close to the dates from the previous major release.

The version released may have higher build number as the development works on the product continually.

Internet Security will be with the same funcionality as Smart Security and thus will replace Smart Security?
