I'm looking for some kind of raport in ESET RA, that can give me all possible alerts that ERA send via email to admins. I need to categorise all alerts and make some manuala how to react. Or was it set for you by some MSP Administrator? If ERA 6.5 than you can see the notifications in Admin -> Notifications section. But I'm not a head admin, we got some Administrator above us, and like i was thinking when I try to find it on my own, we need more access right to this consol.
