ESET anti-theft locked my device

Hi

I have samsung s7 edge and I turned on sim guard.

when I change the sim card my device locked.

My device is offline so I used "costumer care" mode from "forgotten password" list.and I follow that.

but I never get the email with unlock code.

please solve my problem........please

It's 3 days i sit next to my pc and check emails and comments........but I didn't receive any solution........FOR GOD SAKE HELP ME.......

Did you purchase a license in the first place?

If my phone was online this solution worked

 

but phone is offline and i can't turn it online.

did you try the offline version (also on that webpage)

If you entered your Google-Email and the order number and you DON'T get an email I think it would be best if you contact your local ESET tech support.

An alternative would be a hard reset of your phone which is not the best solution if you don't have backups.

Just follow the instructions to get the order number.

Quote

Enter your Google Account Email (this must be the email account used to purchase your ESET Mobile Security license) in the corresponding field below.

Find the Order number of your ESET Mobile Security purchase. This number can be found in your Google wallet under Transactions.

Copy and paste the Order Number into the corresponding field below.

Btw. this site "www.eseteactivation.com" gets blocked by my ESET-AV so I guess it's not legit ;-)

This site is only available to Middle Eastern countries. It's not illegal.
