ESET Staff MartinK 384 Posted September 14, 2017 ESET Staff Posted September 14, 2017 There are too many possibilities and without more details we could be only guessing. All in one installer has been used to install ERA? I would recommend to start by checking whether tomcat process is actually running, if so, check whether it is listening on some TCP port and whether it is the correct one. It is also possible to check tomcat logs located most probably in C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 7.0\Logs . Most common issue with not accessible console/tomcat is either conflicting port (i.e. some other service listening on the same port) or missconfigured java paths.
Administrators Marcos 5,461 Posted September 15, 2017 Administrators Posted September 15, 2017 If you didn't use the all-in-one installer, try it or use a virtual appliance which is the least hassle-free way to use ERA.
Mr Problems 0 Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 i used the all in one installer to install ERA. I just checked and tomcat service its not running and when im trying to start it it gives me the Error 1069 The service did not start due to a logon failure. Any clues on what to do?
Mr Problems 0 Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 SOLVED. TOMCAT WAS USING WRONG CREDENTIALS IN THE SERVICE. Solved it changing the credentials in the log on tab on the service.
