jasenmh 0
The drive on which NOD32 was installed failed. Since then, I wasn't able to cleanly uninstall or repair the program. I couldn't install a new copy either, as the existing fragments of the first install looked like a conflicting install. I used Revo Uninstaller to nuke the old NOD32 install, but I still get the "The installation was not completed successfully" fail message, and when I run the Specialized cleaner that's suggested, it finds nothing. This leaves me with no AV and no way to install it. Anyone seen this before (Google doesn't seem to think so) or have any suggestions I might try? Thanks. ESET Moderators Peter Randziak 1,160 Posted September 14, 2017 ESET Moderators Share Posted September 14, 2017 Hello, it would give a try to remove it by means of ESET uninstaller tool as described in https://support.eset.com/kb2289/ Regards, P.R.
