ESET blocking accounts

Recommended Posts

Please be more specific as to what you mean by blocking access. Is ESET alerting you with a red alert or how exactly  does the issue manifests?

I assume you are trying to access your bank web site by URL directly from the browser you are using?

Try this. Open Eset Online & Payment Protection icon on your desktop. Manually enter your bank URL directly there and see if you can access your bank web site.

Here is the link to various Banking & Payment Protection issues (ESET Knowledgebase articles).

http://support.eset.com/search/?search=banking

Also if you are using Hitman Pro Alert, it WILL interfere with ESET Banking & Payment Protection (don't think they will play nice with each other).
