ESET Staff CB530 70 Posted November 5, 2013 ESET Staff Share Posted November 5, 2013 Hi Wolliballa, Please take a look at the steps from this article. They should resolve your situation.
wolliballa 4
Thanks @CB350: You made my day. BTW, changing test version into payed one did not fix it before........
ESET Staff CB530 70 Posted November 6, 2013 ESET Staff Share Posted November 6, 2013 I'm glad that helped. It's typically clearing the update cache that does it, there's no reason to think that going from the trial to the paid version would repair the error. wolliballa 4
If it says 'unknown error' you might like to try everything ;-) This try obviously was before reading the 'solution note'.............
ESET Staff CB530 70 Posted November 6, 2013 ESET Staff Share Posted November 6, 2013 That makes sense Wolliballa. What I meant to communicate, just in case trail users are reading, is that we would not allow an issue with an ESET product go unaddressed in a trial version of the product when in fact the resolution was available and was distributed to those users who had the paid version.
