Montly Subscription Question

Hi all,

just under a month ago I purchased ESET Nod32 Antivirus. Instead of purchasing the annual licence, I opted for the monthly subscription. 

I assumed this would be billed monthly automaticity however, the program flagged up today that the licence is due to expire soon and to renew.

My question is, am I required to renew myself each month manually and input a new username/licence key? My understating is that it renewed each month, rolling until I cancel.

Please contact your local ESET office for details of how monthly billing works in the UK. In our country, we don't offer monthly billing as far as I know except when purchased through mobile carries.
