eset service using 100% disk

Hi,

I recently noticed that the eset service uses 100%  of disk, which causes my computer to get super slow. When I remove the eset from computer, the problem is resolved. I have tried using both smart security and antivirus versions 10 and 9, and this problem remained the same.

I eset on a windows 8.1 computer.

Any help is appreciated.

Please create a Procmon log as per the instructions in the FAQ section at the right-hand side at the time when the issue occurs and leave it logging for at least one minute. Afterwards save the log, compress it and upload it to a safe location. Also collect logs with ELC, upload the zip file as well and provide me with download links.

Thank you for your reply. I collected the Log with ESET log collector a few times and they are attached here. Please let me know if I need to provide any other info.
