Activation failed after renewing license

Hi,

after having ESET Mobile Security for a year, I wanted to renew my license today. I purchased the new license and received confirmation of payment from Google but when I tried to activate it, an error message appears with error code "2051502a".

I tried using the activation form on hxxp://support.eset.com/kb2942/?locale=en_US

using my order number, with and without "GPA.", but it wouldn't work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks for your reply. The license renewed itself after 4 days, don't know how... Thankfully the problem is solved.
