Unknown messages

This kind of window always suddenly appear(usually appear when I'm surfing the Internet) and it doesn't write any messages on it.

I know I can close the window by using task manager, but I wonder what kind of messages is going to inform me.

Is my computer in danger, or am I surfing some dangerous website?

Never saw a blank notification window. Do you have the latest v10.1.219 installed?

Yes I have installed the patch 10.1.219.1

Two more things I forgot to mention.

1.The window will  close automatically after a few hours.

2.And since I am an Asian user, my computer's language setting is not English. I don't know whether the message haven't yet been translated into my country language so that I can't see the message.Would it be better to change the language setting into English?
