Amral 0
Hello, we have the following licenses, on separate license keys, which have been added to Remote Administrator (version 6.5) 45 x ESET Endpoint Antivirus for Windows 6 x ESET File Security For Microsoft Windows Server In Remote Administrator, I've created two customer policies to exclude some paths from the AV scan. One policy is for the "ESET File Security For Server (V6+)" product , and one for "ESET Endpoint for Windows". For some reason, the "ESET Endpoint for Windows" policy isn't being applied to the ESET NOD32 Antivirus clients (version 10.1.219.0), while the File Security version of the policy is being successfully applied to the File Server products. Everything looks in order. I can see the clients under the "Clients" tab of the policy. May I ask how to go about troubleshooting why the policy isn't being applied? Many thanks, Amir
Administrators Marcos 5,414 Posted August 14, 2017 Administrators Share Posted August 14, 2017 Version 10.1.219 is home version and is not manageable by ESET Remote Administrator. You should uninstall it and install ESET Endpoint Antivirus v6.5 instead.
