ujjawalgk 2 Posted August 12, 2017 Share Posted August 12, 2017 Hello, ESET details are as follows: Product name: ESET Internet Security Product version: 10.1.219.0 Operating system: Windows 10 Home Single Language (64-bit) Machine: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60GHz The issue I am facing is: whenever I run a Custom Scan->In-depth Scan, it takes about 5 hours to complete. Thats a very long duration. The earlier version of EIS that i had, it used to be completed in about 2 hours. I have reinstalled EIS twice, but still issue has remained. Smart scans are recommended for ordinary PC scanning, but you do not have to conduct them very often in case you have the real-time file system protection enabled all the time. Regards, P.R.
