Administrators Marcos 4,923 Posted August 9, 2017 Administrators Share Posted August 9, 2017 The license was issued by Microbe Pty Ltd (http://www.microbe.com.au/), hence I'd suggest contacting them.
sebjepb 0
Hi not sure who Microbe are. The license was purchased as a non profit donation from your affiliation with the Donatec - Connecting up program in Australia. Your organisation effectively donates a year subscription then the subscriptions continue thereafter on a reduced rate. I would suggest that the Microbe are the distributors for you for this program. Would it be possible that the "paper work" between you and them has not been forthcoming therefore you have deactivated. This is a non profit organisation under your donation program. ESET Moderators Peter Randziak 1,084 Posted August 10, 2017 ESET Moderators Share Posted August 10, 2017 Hello Stephen, Which ESET Product is affected? Does the issue still persist? If yes please use the ESET log collector to grab the logs http://support.eset.com/kb3466/ and send them to me to check. Regards, P.R.
sebjepb 0
According to Microbe the Issue has now been rectified. Apparently caused by issue with backend infrastructure that supports NFR authentication ? Our ELA Dashboard is now saying everything is ok so looks like everything is in now in order.
