PowerShell/TrojanDownloader.Agent.Q

When opening outlook I get an alarm from Eset: PowerShell/TrojanDownloader.Agent.Q 

It seems that mails with suspicious zip file attached are sent from this outlook account.

Eset and Malwarebytes scans did not find the virus/ virus location.

How do I remove this virus?

Please provide a screen shot of the alert or better a complete record from the Detected threats log.

I believe what happened here is Eset's e-mail scanner detected a threat in incoming Outlook e-mail and blocked it upon download from your ISP e-mail server. I had something similar as shown in the below screen shot of the applicable detected threats log entry:
