Block spam messages sent from website

Yesterday and today I received hundreds of spam messages which I would like to block, but I can't blacklist the sender because they are using my website to send the messages. Is there a way to block messages using the "from" name without the email address? Thanks for any ideas!

In antispam (blacklist) , you have the option to block email addresses without blocking the whole domain is this what you mean ??

No, the email address can't be blocked because the messages are generated from my website form. All I have that's unique is the sender's name. I've been marking the messages as spam, hoping that ESET notices a pattern. Today I didn't get any so far, so maybe it learned, or maybe the sender gave up.
