Don_Architect 0
I am running ESET NOD 32, 10.1.219.0, database signature 15733. This signature version is displayed both on the update screen and in the installed modules. The computer is running Windows 10 Pro, Version 10.0.15063 Build 15063. ESET is telling me that the signature is out of date but when I try and update, I receive a message saying that it is up to date. The ESET web site indicates that I should be running signature file 15854. I have cleared the update caches several times and rebooted; still no success. Suggestions? Administrators Marcos 4,704 Posted August 3, 2017 Administrators Share Posted August 3, 2017 Please enable update engine advanced logging in the advanced setup -> diagnostics -> tools and run update. When done, provide me with the updater*.etl log created in the diagnostics folder. If it's the known issue that seldom occurs after upgrading from v9 to v10, then uninstalling ESET, deleting the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ESET\ESET Security" and installing v10 from scratch should do the trick.
