KBS 0 Posted August 3, 2017 Share Posted August 3, 2017 (edited) Hi, I am installing eset onto new customers network and when I am trying to configure the mapped domain security group so that I can pick a AD group for support staff to log into the admin console with their credentials, but when I browse the AD from the setup screen in eset I am missing several off the security groups to choose from. If I open tha AD users and computers snap in I am able to see the groups fine. The groups are there and working normally. I know of the static group sync to pickup on new PC's added to the AD but is there a task I can run to force a sync of the AD users and groups. Also just to mention, a number of the built in groups such as domain admins, DHCP admins and DNS admins aren't showing up. Hopefully its something simple.
