RoughRed 0 Posted July 23, 2017 Posted July 23, 2017 I have a windows server 2008R2 that was running Eset4. It was "jaffed". Fortunately I was able to recover everything from the backup. The guy who did the recovery did not reinstall the old eset but I purchased 6 x ESET Endpoint Protection Advanced, Upgrade license, incl. option to install: ESET Endpoint Security/Antivirus, ESET NOD32 Antivirus Business Edition Mac/Linux, ESET File Security for Microsoft Windows Server/Linux/BSD/Solaris, ESET Endpoint Security for Android/WindowsMobile/Symbian. I download the files, have the license etc start the install of ESET File Security for Microsoft Windows Server then get the message below and get stuck What do I do?

Obviously ekrn is running so it's not a clean install. If there's a problem uninstalling EFSW via the standard uninstaller, use the ESET Uninstall tool in safe mode.
