How to check ticket resolution details

Hello,

I had recently raised an issue with ESET on my Mac but was informed later that the ticket was closed. I have not received any email though regarding the reason for closing. Was wondering if there is any way I can check why it was closed? I am still facing the same issue for the request was raised.
