Endpoint Security 6.5 and outlook

This is an ongoing issue with Eset Endpoint security.

We have to leave the outlook plug-in out for outlook to work.I just upgraded client to v 6.5 and outlook won't even connect.

Please assist

What error do you get with ESET Outlook plug-in enabled? Does the issue occur even with all other plug-ins disabled?

Hi Marcos

Client is using Office 365.Outlook says disconnected.What is also strange is that I also can't access mailbox via Web. If I use Eset Endpoint antivirus instead of security it works.I am not using outlook plug-in.
