False Postive / Mistake need help

Hello,

I am Nestia and i have some problems with ESET detection.
I don't know if i post in the right category, so feel free to move my request if necessary.

My website is registered with virustotal as phising by ESET... i have check everything and there no files contamination etc ...
I write 3 times to samples@eset.com and nothing change ...

My website is a normal and registered company, with lagale notice, cookie policy etc ...

Can you please help ?
ESET is massively used by company and my customer orders during these hours.
