guyb 0
We have ERA server 6.5 on our internal network. We have machines on the internet that need to update their antivirus product and receive policy updates via the agent. We use a reverse proxy based on Microsoft's application request routing (ARR) for publishing these kind of things. This works fine for antivirus updates. However, for policy updates via the agent (using port 2222) I cannot seem to make this work. Are there any guidelines or FAQs on how to set this up? ESET Staff janoo 11 Posted June 30, 2017 ESET Staff Share Posted June 30, 2017 Hi, to route ERA Agent requests on port 2222 you need to use ERA Proxy component. It is designed to forward Agent/Server communication. Have a look at the documentation: http://help.eset.com/era_install/65/en-US/index.html?arch_proxy.htm http://support.eset.com/kb3639/
