internet download manager problem

hello

so since i have download eset nod32 antivirus 8 ,my idm starts to have problems like it cannot resume the download and is says to me restart downloading the file again.

i search so many solutions to the problem , but i only find solution to the "smart security" one not the nod 32 since the nod32 don't have firewall.

so can anyone help me ?
