ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted June 15, 2017 ESET Staff Share Posted June 15, 2017 The webconsole link is located on https://URL/era If the ERA is installed on the machine with UP 192.168.88.104, then the correct URL would be https://192.168.88.104/era
Former ESET Employees Katarina 3 Posted June 15, 2017 Former ESET Employees Share Posted June 15, 2017 (edited) Hi, you have to configure Virtual Appliance first. Then Web Console will be available. According to your attached screenshot from VA, you have not performed first time configuration. Open web browser and type the URL https://192.168.88.104. Then follow these instructions: http://help.eset.com/era_deploy_va/65/en-US/index.html?config_server_va.htm After configuration, log in to ERA Web Console. I cannot run the web console because I don't know why it doesn't work for me, I'm stuck in that part, I clearly said I am unable to use the web console, therefore I cannot make the configuration, in every web browser is the same error It doesn't matter how I install/run the ESET Remote Administrator it is the same, I got stuck in the same part So... unfortunately this answer is useless for me

ESET Driving me crazy! 1
Did not see this mentioned anyplace and if it was my apoligies, but just a thought, have you tried the URL with the port you set tomcat (webserver) on? i.e. "Https://192.168.22.104:8443/era"
ESET Staff MartinK 383 Posted June 16, 2017 ESET Staff Share Posted June 16, 2017 Could you please verify that mentioned IP address is correct? It is possible that reported IP adress is not corect and therefore configuration interface https://192.168.22.104 is not available -> it has to be IP address or hostname of appliance. As already mentioned, before you can use ERA and its Webconsole, appliance has to be configured. Configuration is performed through web browser and configuration page is hosted by appliance itself, using self-signed TLS certificate, which may be problem in case strict configuration of browser or HTTP proxy is used.
