ESET Staff MartinK 375 Posted June 13, 2017 ESET Staff Share Posted June 13, 2017 There is a known issue kb5949 with certificate validation on OS X: Quote Certificates with validity ending after year 2037 are not supported on Mac OS X. It is not possible to parse a date variable from the Certificate Authority on Mac OS X. The Agent cannot connect, because OS X cannot accept the Certificate Authority. Not able to confirm from provided logs, but highly probably. In case it is this issue, you will have to create new certificates so that they can be used on OSX -> this means creating new CA certificate, SERVER certificate and AGENT certificate.
