Known Issues:

• Syslog entries are cut occasionally because of special character parsing in some syslog-viewers
   
• Some server products are missing in the configuration template for PCU mirror setup
   
• SMTP configuration with over-privileged account will not succeed in sending messages, notifications or reports (IIS and Exchange)
   
• Quarantine is not synchronized with ESET File/Mail/Gateway Security for Linux/BSD/Solaris
   
• Partial platform incompatibility: When running the ERA 5.1 console on Windows 2000, a specific Windows library (gdiplus.dll) has to be downloaded (hxxp://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=18909 ~850KB) and placed into following folder:
  
  C:\WINNT\system32\
  
  This dependency applies to sub-components as well (Configuration editor and Maintenance tool)
   
• Partial product incompatibility: Any previous version of ERA Console will refuse to connect to ERA 5.1 Server, but the 5.1 Console can connect to older ERA Server. The communication between servers of different 5.x versions works fine (replication and other data traffic)
   
• ESET Live Grid will be disabled during policy migration of v3/v4-settings to v5-compatible configuration and needs to be activated by manual intervention.
