David10 0
I am having an issue with the latest version Nod32 Antivirus. Every time I open like a normal Windows 8.1 App like Money or Weather the program refuses to open leaving a colored screen of the App on the screen. The only way to complete the opening of the App is to pause protection of Nod32 for the duration so the App opens. Once the App is open I can reactivate Nod32 and use it normally. Any work around or setting change in Nod32 to fix this issue so as not to have to disable to use said Apps? Thanks.

David10 0
Does temporarily disabling only real-time protection help? Yes Or it's web access protection that needs to be disabled for the issue to go away? No I found another workaround but it involves going into Eset Nod and click reset defaults each time to allow Apps to open. Could it be the file where defaults are saved corrupted or not saving properly? If so what next reinstall Nod if so perhaps? David10 0
I have reinstalled both with administrator rights and after waiting about 10 minutes after put up time I can use apps. It is like Nod32 is waiting for something to load. At least we are working now. Case close. Edited May 8, 2017 by David10
