plittlefield 0 Posted April 27, 2017 Share Posted April 27, 2017 A Windows 7 Professional laptop refuses to install the 6.4 Agent from either a Server Task or a manual .bat file. On a manual install the DOS window says "error code 1". I wait for about 10 mins and nothing is installed. I have tried the avremover tool, firewall disable, reboot and full Administrator... all same result. I have tried looking for 'error code 1' in this forum but nothing is listed. Can anyone help? ESET Staff MartinK 378 Posted April 27, 2017 ESET Staff Share Posted April 27, 2017 Have you tried to install AGENT manually or any other supported method, i.e. bundle installer? Both method you tried are based on the same bat file, therefore isue with installation script will result in failure of both of them.
